The IHI Improvement Map is a free, interactive, web-based tool designed to bring together the best knowledge available on the key process improvements that lead to exceptional patient care. For more information on the Improvement Map, visit the Overview tab.

Health System Data Center

Allows you to interact with data from select Commonwealth Fund scorecards. Use the map to view location-specific rankings and results compared to benchmarks. Use the tool on the right to select performance indicators and locations for comparison, and then generate custom tables and bar charts. Please send feedback to webeditor@cmwf.org.
