Community Assessment and Partnership Training

Note: This training is intended for Florida FQHCs.

Note: Updates and information will be shared via the email provided.

FACHC would like to invite your team to join us for a one-day session on Community Assessments and Partnerships. We are working with each of the FQHCs over the next couple of years to provide a variety of needs assessments to you, but there is nothing more valuable than one performed locally – and with the assistance of local partners. To this end, FACHC has invited Sandra Donaldson (Director of Special Programs at Escambia Community Clinics, Inc.) to help guide our day-long interactions to walk through the stages of Assessment and Partnership: Identify, Involve, Implement, and Impact.

Registration Fee: $25

Sandra Donaldson, MPA, MBA
Sandra is the Director of Special Programs for Escambia Community Clinics, Inc. in Pensacola, FL.  Sandra’s role includes developing partnerships with key community organizations to integrate clinical service delivery with community prevention in order to improve health, safety, and health equity outcomes for ECC patients and the community at large.
