Increasing Access to Care with FQHC Mobile Medical and Dental Programs: The Suncoast Community Health Center Experience

Florida FQHCs currently operate thirty-five mobile medical and dental health units throughout the state, reducing barriers and increasing access to care for those who need it most. Suncoast Community Health Center, established in 1977, offers a wide variety of services at twelve sites throughout Hillsborough County. In 2017 they served nearly 59,000 patients, including many through their mobile medical and dental programs. In this webinar, Suncoast CHC leaders will share their insights and experiences establishing and growing their multiple mobile healthcare programs.
